  Vincent was great, he went above and beyond for us. We had a beautiful new shuttle and our group enjoyed the two hour trip by playing music battles using the bluetooth system, especially fun with the blue lighting. That made a corporate event much more fun. I will absolutely use your services again.

  If I could give them less I would. They are unprofessional and have zero customer service. I don't normally write reviews, but I am beyond fed up with this company. We hired them for our wedding and provided instructions for the entire day so that the day of would be as stress free as possible. Upon arrival, the first interaction was when the driver approached me (the bride in my wedding dress) and asked for a credit card to put on file before we could do anything. These were the first words out of his mouth before saying hello or introducing himself. I still could not tell you the mans name because in fact, he never did introduce himself. After securing a credit card, he allowed our wedding party to board the bus to be transported to the wedding venue for photos prior to the ceremony. Despite having provided this information, he turns to me again and asks for directions. The venue was about two miles down the road and required only one turn. Despite telling him this and cuing him just before the turn, he missed it and had to go another mile down the road before there was another place to turn around with a large vehicle. This was all cutting into our photo time mind you. When we arrived at the venue, he asked me what he should do next, again despite us having provided a detailed schedule with addresses. After the wedding, he was set to drive between three locations, the wedding venue, the hotel where people were staying, and an after party location. He made this loop successfully two or three times, but on the last loop, never made it back to the venue to pick up the remaining people. My cousins were left there waiting in the cold for over an hour before giving up and having their parents drive back to pick them up and missed the after party completely as a result. Who knows if we ever would have found the driver and bus had my dad (father of the bride) gone out driving to locate him finally found lost in the residential streets and then escorted him back to the after party location. My dad wasted an hour of his time and gas to escort a paid professional driver back on route. If that was the case, why not just have my dad drive a shuttle and skip the middleman? Later, we reserved the shuttle to stay at the after party location and take people home. When we went to leave, he was asleep in the car and we had to knock multiple times to get him to open the shuttle door and let us in. If all of this was not bad enough, now that the date has come and gone and we are settling back in to reality, no one at the company seems interested in returning our phone calls. We have called now four times, three of which, people have said that they will see what they can do and call us back yet we never hear from them. If I can't get anything refunded for my inconvenience and my time wasted trying to talk customer service with them, I can at least save someone else the hassle and heartache. DO NOT book with this company.
